October is Filipino American History Month and in honor of celebrating our roots and culture together, this month’s menu will feature flavors inspired by some of the things we loved growing up.

We’ll have a few options on our preorder for pick up this Saturday at our commercial kitchen in San Mateo, including a special FAHM pastry box with:

We won’t be at the farmers market tomorrow Sunday but you can still catch us at San Ramon farmers market today from 9-1pm.

IT’S FINALLY HAPPENING!

We are so excited to announce that La Kalidad is moving to its own location this coming fall at 680A 2nd Street, San Francisco.

This is more than just a new chapter for us — it’s a lifelong dream being fulfilled and we wouldn’t be here without the wonderful community we’ve built. Thank you to everyone who has supported us through the years.

More details coming soon. We still have a lot of work to do but we cannot wait to welcome you in and celebrate together! 🩷

Hiiiiii! It’s been a little while since we’ve posted on the grid. Life be life-ing but here are very few snippets of what we’ve been up to lately for the past quarter:

1. Spring pastry lineup
2. Vanilla flan croissants in the morning glow
3. Early morning bake in the kitchen
4. Kai’s first visit at the farmers market
5. Croissant crumb shot
6. All the pastries racked up and ready to be sent out to the farmers market
7. First day back of the mango sago croissant tarts on the menu
8. Weekly corporate orders
9. Ube coconut twice bakes in the making
10. Weekend lines wrapping up around our booth
11. Countless viewings in search for THE storefront
