Zesty-sweet and juicy with a fragrant, tangy flavour, pink grapefruit adds a real kick to this gorgeous Smoked Lox Salad.

The Fresh Cucumber and a dash of soy sauce and lemon juice added to the salad dressing brings everything together wonderfully.
