It’s been a little quiet around here, so I wanted to check in as the year comes to a close 🤍

This past year has been a season of big transitions for me — moving Pure Confections into a new kitchen, fulfilling one of my largest projects yet, and settling into a new home. In the midst of all that growth, I also experienced my biggest blessing of all… I’m expecting a baby. 🍼✨

As I head into the new year, Pure Confections will continue operating with the same care, creativity, and intention — with a bit more mindfulness and balance built in. I’m so excited for what’s ahead and deeply grateful for the continued support, patience, and trust from this community.

Happy Friday! This week has been all about chocolate. 🍫 We tackled a special spring chocolate project for .azuma, finally cracked the mystery behind a stubborn blooming issue (huge relief!) for one of our chocolate covered cake product, and now we can double our output while cutting down on waste. Plus, there’s been lots of chocolate cake production happening—because there’s no such thing as too much chocolate, right? Time to get this batch in the oven! ⏰
