Baklava: The traditional greek pastry of layered chopped almonds, walnuts -- wrapped in our golden brown phyllo drenched in honey. Rolled baklava for eating on-the-go! Galaktoboureko: Our famous, rich custard pastry our wrapped in flakey phyllo. Afalfi: A circular pastry filled with chopped pistachios surrounded by our phyllo and soaked in honey. Kataif: Shredded dough surrounding crushed walnuts and almonds soaked in honey. Trigona: An almond paste triangle surrounded by our golden brown phyllo and soaked in honey. STRUDELS:
Apple: Apples and raisins with cinnamon rolled in our flakey phyllo. Apricot: Apricots wrapped in our flakey phyllo. Apricot Cheese: Apricots and a mixture of slightly sweetened ricotta and cream cheese, wrapped in our flakey phyllo. Cherry: Three types of cherries wrapped in our flakey phyllo. Cherry Cheese: Three types of cherries anda mixture of slightly sweetened ricotta and cream cheese, wrapped in our flakey phyllo. Pineapple Cheese: Pineapple anda mixture of slightly sweetened ricotta and cream cheese, wrapped in our flakey phyllo. Poppy Seed: Poppy seed filling wrapped in our flakey phyllo. Prune: Prunes wrapped in our flakey phyllo. COOKIES:
Finikia: A crushed walnut and almond cookie, soaked in honey. Kourambiethes: A rich butter almond cookie, buried in powdered sugar, it melts in your mouth! Koulourakia: A light, crispy cookie with sesame seeds.
