Started in 2017, Red's Cakestronomy is a confectionary business dedicated to the art and study of cake. From simple cookies to elaborate anti gravity cakes, Red's is focused on creating a magical experience for every guest.

In the middle of recipe testing and prepping for the holidays and I’m just too excited to not share a sneak peek. This is a new item on my menu, and it’s going to be SO GOOD- Bourbon Sweet Potato pie topped with toasted marshmallow fluff. 🤤

Busy bee this week! Another super cute barbie cake- vanilla cake, strawberry filling and vanilla buttercream covered in homemade marshmallow fondant. Bow topper was made with gumpaste. 💅🏻

Suuupper late post (I forgot, my bad 😅) but Aries season was a busy one for your fav Red headed baker. However, couldn’t forget this guy’s bday- The Creative Director to much of my content and just overall amazing person and bestie !
His cake was a classic yellow butter cake with a rich chocolate buttercream made with both cocoa and Belgium chocolate ganache, 🤤 finished with a ganache drizzle.
Shout out to how clean the cake slice is with those leveled layerssss.

Strawberry Shortcake: vanilla cake, vanilla buttercream, fresh strawberry filling
Pink Oreo: Oreo studded vanilla cake, pink Oreo buttercream
Dizzy Chocolate Cherry: a Red’s classic! Red wine chocolate cake, cherry filling, semi sweet chocolate ganache frosting. This jar is safe for kids- the wine cooks out- BUT, if you want to spike it with Kirsch for a special someone-let us know 😉

Cake truffles are returning! Vanilla, chocolate or fresh strawberry (no artificial flavors here!) cake truffles are coated in one of the only chocolate brands I trust ! Belgium Chocolate coating choices are Semi Sweet, Velvet White Chocolate and Ruby. Single sleeves of 4 and double sleeve of 8 will be available for purchase 1/24.
Did you know: Ruby chocolate is naturally pink! It has been classified as the fourth variety of chocolate as of 2015, with the patent belonging to Barry Callebaut. However in the US, based on FDA guidelines it is not deemed a chocolate because it doesn’t completely fit any of the criteria of the other 3 varieties (Dark, Milk and White). Ruby’s flavor profile is fruity, sweet and subtly tangy.

This is non negotiable as shipping date is based on UPS and USPS.
For pickup, last day to order for Christmas is Dec 20th.
