This Week’s Bakery is Ferrane, a Swedish bakery from the founder of BonBon! I guess after mastering cardamom and cinnamon buns the Ferrane team decided to master laminated pastries too because this croissant is elevated above your typical pain au chocolat!

Their story is one of my favorites but they’re still criminally underrated. 🥐 Next Week’s Bakery is Ferrane 🥐 It’s one of the best Swedish bakeries in the city but its name is Moroccan - inspired by one of the founders’ heritage. He and his ethnically-Eritrean cofounder sought out a world champion young baker, elevated her to master-baker and created something magical. We know you’ll enjoy ✌️

This week’s bakery was Homie’s Donuts! Their take on the Creme Brulee donut was one of the best we’ve had. The crusted caramelized top was much thicker than usual. Try it!

This week’s bakery is Homie’s Donuts! The specialty flavors at this donut shop are genius. Like this strawberry cheesecake donut which was sliced in half and stuffed with strawberry jam and cream cheese. They’re making donut sandwiches people. Lock in!
