La Toulousaine

La Toulousaine La Toulousaine is the first original French Boulangerie to launch in the Manhattan Valley (Upper West Side).

Jean-François Gatorze and his wife Nora Salazar opened La Toulousaine in January 2012. Jean-François is a French Pastry Chef who was raised in a Bakers Family in the region of Toulouse (South of France). He came to New York to continue the original french pâtissier methods of his father and grandfather. After working in several Bakeries, he decided to open his own business in 2012.
