Christina's Craftz N' Creations We Make Beautifully Hand Crafted ScrapBooks, Frames Collages & Delicious Chocolate Treats **OUR POLICY**

1. It's NON REFUNDABLE!

DEPOSITS of $50 for Scrapbooks, $25 for frames & $15 for Lollipops will be taken at the time of order. Due to starting your order.

2. Orders need to placed 2 weeks in advance due to getting materials or if you need to make any changed on your order. That way your order can do the way you want it to be done.

3. Please respond to text messages as they are in regards to your order. What matters

to me is keeping you satisfied with what you purchased

4. All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE due to starting your project.

5. SHIPPING & HANDLING will be within 2-3 weeks after your purchase. DM me for more info... Your order will be handled with care safely packed away to avoid any damages.
*For Customers living in the 4 boroughs I myself will Personally Hand Delivery your purchase for a small fee of $20.00.
*Staten Island Residence the fee will be $10.00

6. Following items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Scrapbooks
- Photo Frames
-Shadow Boxes
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged I can't accept returns.

7. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the order is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss to its value.
