It’s a rustic, high-hydration sourdough baked with a blend of rye and whole grain flours, then rolled in rye chops (also known as cracked rye) for extra crunch. It’s an all-purpose sourdough that pairs well with just about anything you’d want alongside a slice. 🍞 Like all of our sourdough breads, it’s naturally leavened with our 100-year-old starter from Denmark.
