Café Patoro Café Patoro is a NYC food company devoted to sharing the warmth and cheesiness of the famous Brazil Start your day the Brazilian way.

Café Patoro started with the dream of sharing the warmth and cheesiness of the famous Brazilian cheesebread "pão de queijo" (aka PDQ) with the rest of the world. PDQ is a small gluten-free cheesebread roll. Featuring a perfect balance of crispy outside and chewy inside, PDQs are the most delectable when hot, right out of the oven. And that's what we strive for here at Café Patoro: serving freshly baked PDQs all day long.

One of our favorite times of year in NYC is officially here! When summer hangs around just a little longer, tennis takes over the city, the neighborhood calendar fills up, and the first signs of fall start making their way back to Patoro.

This month: US Open fever, the Seaport Racquet Club, the long-awaited Balloon Museum, Taste of the Seaport, more Ahla + Geno, and yes... your favorite fall drinks and treats are coming back.
