This magical drink isn’t made with food coloring or unicorn tears: it’s tea. Butterfly pea flower tea to be precise, popular in Southeast Asian drinks for its vivid blue hue. This version, from Sugar Club in Elmhurst, Queens, gets a dose of lime juice to keep it tart and refreshing. The acid in the lime also changes the tea’s color from blue to purple. Science: It’s delicious.
