They say every mile counts, and yesterday proved it - 🚶🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out to Tibbets Brook Park in Yonkers, NY yesterday for the 50 Mile Challenge Fundraiser Finale Walk in aid of Leitrim GAA and LGFA, and for your very generous contributions. We were also delighted to welcome Leitrim Co. Council Cathaoirleach, Paddy Farrell, who joined us for the occasion.

Your generosity will help support the inter-county player panels and their aspirations for success. Thank you for your wonderful support.

Update and Reminder…..
Please join us on Sunday, March 15th at 9:45 AM at Tibbetts Park, Midland Avenue, Yonkers, NY for the finale walk for the 50 Mile Challenge Fundraiser for Leitrim GAA and LGFA. A fun morning walk is promised, with friends and visitors from across the pond, and a great way to start off the St Patrick’s Day celebrations. Donations greatly appreciated and all donors will be entered into a raffle for 2 All Ireland Football Final and 2 All Ireland Hurling Final tickets. If you are unable to attend, you can make a donation to any of those mentioned below prior to the walk. Drawing for tickets will take place immediately after walk. Many thanks and hope to see you there🚶🚶‍♀️🍀🇮🇪🇺🇸

We are lucky to be among the first counties up this year. We will be taking off at 11:30 AM (be there at 11:00 AM) from E 44th Street between Madison & Vanderbilt Ave. Looking forward to seeing you all. 🍀

The Leitrim Society of NY invites you to attend a Memorial Mass for the late William J. Reynolds (aka Willie), Past President & Sergeant at Arms, on Thursday, November 20th at 7:00 PM at St. Barnabas R.C. Church, 409 E 241st Street, Bronx, NY.

For those unable to attend, the mass will be livestreamed. See below for all details.

Mass will be celebrated at 3:00pm and followed by dinner, awards and great music by Susan & Gerard. Admission is $70 Adult/$25 Young Adult/$10 Children 12 and younger. A great afternoon is promised.
