My name is Polina (Pauline) Andris and I am the proud founder of Made by Pauline Macarons, a journey that began with a dream and has grown into a nationwide supplier of delectable macarons. In 2014, my husband and I decided to turn our shared love for French pastries into a business. We started small, opening our first bakery in the bustling heart of New York City. With a focus on quality, creativ
ity, and customer satisfaction, our little bakery quickly gained a loyal following. By 2016, we expanded to our second location At Macy’s Herald Square, NY and the momentum continued. Over the next few years, our dedication paid off as we opened five retail locations by 2020. Each location became a community favorite, known for its mouth-watering treats and impeccable customer service. Our macarons, became a standout item, adored by customers for their delicate texture and vibrant flavors. Life, however, is full of unexpected changes. In 2021, my husband and I decided to part ways. It was a challenging time, but I was determined to keep the business alive and thriving. I knew that the heart and soul of our bakery were in those delightful macarons that our customers loved so much. With renewed focus and determination, I made the bold decision to transition our business from retail to wholesale. This pivot allowed us to reach even more macaron enthusiasts across the country. Today, Made by Pauline Macarons, is proud to supply our premium macarons to specialty stores, cafes, and online retailers from coast to coast. Despite the changes, our commitment to quality and creativity remains unwavering. Every macaron we produce is crafted with the same love and attention to detail that we started with back in 2014. We use only the finest ingredients and traditional techniques to ensure that each bite is a moment of pure bliss. As we look to the future, our mission is clear: to continue spreading joy through our macarons, one bite at a time.
