She has spent many hours in the kitchen creating mouth watering dishes that amazed her family and friends. Her mom Olean is a baker by trade and more importantly by passion. It was her early influence from her mother that inspired this chef to take a special i

nterest in pastries and cakes. Learning early on that baking is love and chemistry! The very first cake she learned to master was the German Sweet Chocolate Cake with the Pecan Caramel Coconut filling. Which is one of the gourmet style cakes in Cambria Heights area which was the exact same cake her mother Olean first learned to make. Some would say like mother like daughter. Now serving our home made cakes in Cambria Heights area.
