Whisk IT Cakery was founded in the Lower East side by pastry Chef Deborah Colon. Born and Raised in the lower east side she gained inspiration from her culture and peers. She first got her knack for cooking at a young age when she took over the tradition of cooking holiday meals. After going to college for Law Deborah knew her true passion was for cooking. With experience of cooking pastries all h

er life she decided to embark on the journey of baked goods. Thus Whisk IT Cakery was created, debuting her love for Country comfort food, Latin flavors, and Organic ingredients to create good quality baked goods. Her slogan “Made with Love” couldn’t be any more true as you bite into one of her baked goods.
