The pictures do not do this recipe justice. Got some ramps at the green market today the recipe is from my friend Grace Young( never met her but I feel like she’s a friend). Made the substitution of faro for rice and carrots for parsnips. Been using my new wok that I got at K. K. Discount Store!

Ok, Saturday night.
Clams dipped in butter. 1st pizza. Pastrami sandwich pizza. 2nd pizza. Tomato, ricotta and parmigiana cheese.

Bought a beautiful eggplant. Made stacked eggplant layered with tomato, ricotta, tomato sauce and Romano cheese. Three layers topped with sauce served on farro.
