Hi folks, do you know I make a delicious strawberry bread loaded with the fruit as well as the glaze which has a lot of the berries?

I also now have a cherry bread.

It is so exciting to create new varieties. Customers have made suggestions of different things to put in my breads. They help me extend my additions.

I have yet to introduce gluten and other dietary breads. I am working on trying to create those as their ingredients tend to change the outcome and texture of my regular breads.

Please also note that I can make muffins and cupcakes from all the recipes I create. Carrot muffins is one of my winners.

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to my site.

I have a large variety of specialty breads that are very popular in my area. They can be found in Upper Manhattan at Mani Market, 697 Columbus Avenue, 94th and Columbus. They are also sold at the Key Foods store at 97th and Amsterdam, which is opened round the clock. Not at any other Key Foods in the area.

I can make muffins of different sizes from all the flavors I have available. All you have to do is call me ahead of time and request your choices of muffins or my signature breads and I will be only too happy to fill your orders. If you are not too far away I can arrange delivery.

If there is something special you want in my quickbreads that I do not have, I am open to suggestions. It is exciting to try new things.

My most popular breads are:

Banana (plain, chocolate chip, chocolate & peanut butter chips, nuts).
Carrot (plain, raisins, nuts, nuts & raisins, plain and nuts w/ cream cheese frosting)
Chocolate with cream cheese butter frosting
Bread pudding with and without raisins
Jamaican buns loaded with mixed fruit, rum and wine
Red Velvet with cream cheese frosting as well as plain and glazed
Lemon & Orange (pound cake, glazed, blueberries, cranberries)
Coconut (plain, glazed and with chocolate chips)
Zucchini (with or without walnuts)
Zucchini Carrot (with or without walnuts)
