It's holiday tin time. These we popular last year so we're bringing them back. 1lb and 1.5lb tins in both regular and small size . Regular are 12-16ct/lb and small ones are 24-30ct/lb. Like shrimp. But Kosher and without shells.

Not gonna lie: these are really tasty. I was never a big fan of our spiced pumpkin macaroons in the past. It was always a flavor that we just did because of the season, not because I loved it. This year we totally redid the recipe and the result is a very very delicious macaroon. It's warmly spiced with ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg, all of which play with the coconut better than you might expect. These are a real fall treat that I'm excited to share. Usually these captions are a throwaway, but this time I'm cereal. Super cereal.

Look. You're either in or your out. If you're out, it's fine, be out, but if you're going to be in, you may as well just put matcha on it because if you don't then what's even the point of being in in the first place? So you can tell people that you're in? No one cares. It's only you. And if you're not putting matcha on it you may as well just not get out of bed. Everyone needs an antioxidant boost anyway, right?

I'm excited to announce that we finally did it. Introducing our first taco-roon. This one is carne asada with roasted poblano crema and nopales on a bed of black bean puree in a corn tortilla made from hand-ground heirloom blue corn from Ixtapaluca. Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

70% dark, single origin Colombian chocolate. We're gonna change this up soon to something a little different, a little less intense. If deep dark chocolate is your thing, consider picking some of these up before we switch out the chocolate (and before it gets too hot to ship chocolate anywhere). And, not for nothing, these macaroons look goooooood today.
