the truth is, i had to stop baking to start creating again ๐
โข Two months ago, I realized I was stuck in the routine of production and losing the spark of why I started this home bakery in the first place. So, I stepped away...to find what works for me, so I bake better for you.
โข I traveled to find new perspectives, and I finally gave myself the space to plan and work on a project I've been dreaming on and off about since 2021: a permanent menu that actually tells a story and showcase an ingredient that is loved by many, including me.
โข While I haven't fully finished testing, I'm so excited to share a few final products with you this February. With Lunar New Year coming soon, I will also launch a limited item (or 2!) that is a spin on a must-try sweets during this holiday (think chewy). Stay tuned this week for the announcement!
