We need to settle this before we open. 🥯

Some bagel shops give you a schmear.
Some give you what can only be described as a cream cheese sandwich with a bagel garnish.

A little MadDough update 🥯❤️

A few construction hiccups? Absolutely. A whole lot of wins? Also yes.

But one of our favorite parts of this process has been meeting so many of our neighbors. The excitement, encouragement, questions, waves through the window — it’s making us even more excited to finally open these doors.

We’re getting closer, Chelsea. And we seriously cannot wait to feed you. 🥯

Another test, another step closer. 🥯

We’re still dialing in our bagel recipe because we’re not interested in taking shortcuts. Every batch teaches us something, and every tweak gets us closer to the bagel we can’t wait to serve you.

Stopped by to check on David, sneak a taste test, and see today’s progress. Safe to say… we’re getting there. 🤭
