Meet our trio: our Extra Silky Pumpkin Pie (triple strained for a silky pumpkin custard in a gingerbread crust), Bourbon Pecan Pie (with gooey brown sugar molasses and a hint of Bourbon in a vanilla sablé crust), and Salted Caramel Apple Pie (with Gala apples, soft caramel, and Maldon sea salt in a flaky lattice-topped pie crust). One extra day for our weekend special: Sea Salt Hazelnut Praliné Flan, with silky hazelnut custard, crispy Valrhona Caramelia (caramelized milk chocolate) feuilletine, and hazelnut praliné in a flaky laminated brioche crust, topped with Maldon sea salt to finish.

NYC! Get ready. So excited to team up with our friends at .nyc to serve up this trio of Mochi Ice Cream Temaki here at in Flatiron this weekend, from Friday 8/19-Sun 8/21. Inspired by the open-style temaki sushi that’s signature to Nami Nori, these ice cream treats are served up in crispy hand-made temaki tuile shells, in three flavors:
* Hazelnut ice cream, chocolate sea salt crispy puffed rice, vanilla mochi
* Passionfruit granita, olive oil sorbet, fresh lime zest, vanilla mochi
* Fresh strawberries, strawberry agar gelée, Madagascan vanilla ice cream, vanilla mochi
Served as a set of three (bonus: they’re all gluten-free too) and available from opening (8am), while supplies last daily. See you this weekend, Flatiron!

Meet our Wild Morel & Caramelized Shallot Tart, this weekend’s special here at . Fresh morels hand-picked and hand-delivered to us, gently sautéed with garlic and olive oil, set atop a silky egg custard, with a layer of caramelized shallots and crème fraîche, in a Parmesan sablé crust with a bit of fresh chives to finish. Perfect. Here starting tomorrow (Friday) through Sunday only!
