Variety Showcase 2026 ✨
An incredible event bringing farmers, bakers, chefs, heirloom seed growers, soil researchers, food thinkers, and food lovers together. Thanks to Glynwood Culinary Breeding Network 💗 by Lane Selman
As part of the “Bang for your Buckwheat” table, we made our Gf Buckwheat Crunch Cookies with WSU Breadlab Hudson Valley Farm Hub 🩷 June also custom ordered my pink tshirt which is basically my prized buckwheat couture outfit.
Micaela from WSU Breadlab brought PINK BUCKWHEAT which is part of her research and I am not the same!!!
All of this brought together by my grains mentor and the most brilliant June Russell of Glynwood who is the great connector of people, regional grains and agriculture conversations for the greater good.
Becky Johnson WERKSTAD Lars Karlsson designed and hand painted all these beautiful plants, vegetables, fruits in the posters and zines.
It is a pleasure and delight to see old friends, fellow regional grain bakers, (especially bakery babes Mel The Bakery She Wolf Bakery Signal Fire Bread Boots Bread Ray Bake katie phelan ) and all the special people passionate about food. Had the best heirloom corn arepas, greasy beans, chestnut financiers, acorn brownies, fresh peas, sorghum, apple cider, teff pancakes, and more!
