Kind of looks like a crying baby 😂 Shlissel is the Yiddish word for “key” and it’s an old Ashkenazi tradition that’s become more mainstream with the rise of social media. Baked for the Shabbat after Passover, they are either key-shaped or have a key hidden inside as an omen of good fortune for the next year!

Muffins are just breakfast cupcakes! 🧁 I was feeling adventurous and made cranberry white chocolate chip muffins with some leftover brandy and orange butter I made a few weeks ago. The flavors go so well together and the muffin top is SO crispy and delicious.
