It's been awhile since I last posted. The Plaza hotel has been picking up & taking me away from Homemade by Lambie. Hopefully, before the year ends, I can join . Until then, I hope everyone is still going & supporting the vendors that are there.

As for today, I want to wish my little one and every NYC public school child a magnificent first day of school. And a healthy & amazing school year to all kids, teachers & faculty.

Last few weeks have been a whirlwind as I got back into the swing of things at work. Finally got some time to dedicate to Homemade by Lambie and will be debuting some new items this SUNDAY JUNE 13TH

For those of you who don't know my background: I am the Executive Pastry Chef at The Plaza Hotel in midtown Manhattan. The hotel closed due to the pandemic. During my stay at home I came up with the idea of bringing some of my treats to you all and I am thankful to ALL of you for always giving me such great feedback and your support during this time. The Plaza Hotel is opening tomorrow May 20th after 14 months closed. My days are much longer here and as such will need to back away for a bit from Homemade by Lambie. 🧡

I will of course make pop up visits with my treats at the Riverdale Y Sunday Market when my schedule allows and will be available for pick up/drop off on occasion. Stay tune to my social media account for updates.
