Fresh homemade pasta stuffed with red wine braised brisket.
Cannelloni is always the star of the show at family Sunday meals in Italy. Brisket is always at the center of the table at almost all Jewish celebrations.
It was so natural for us to bring these two foods together while creating our menu for our October 7th pop-up dinner.
