Good morning All!!! Today is our 3rd Annual Open to the Public Day for Thanksgiving!!! We have a couple of exclusive items for you to checkout...first is our new Fire Grilled Peach Bourbon Pie. YES I said BOURBON!! We have a limited amount of these pies available. I also have a few of the new Texas Cheesecake (Jalapeno Glaze & Bacon). And last I have a few of the Pecan Pie Cheesecake Pakes!! I only have a few of these on hand!! Come on out and !!! Happy Thanksgiving everyone and thank you for your continued support!!

Hey Everyone!!! Hometown Pie Company will be open for the Burlington/New Strawn City Wide Garages Friday and Saturday. Friday 7am to 7ish pm and Saturday 7am to 2ish or whenever people stop coming in) With that said, Chad will be bringing in some cool stuff which includes a 25 gallon boom-less sprayer that goes on a 4 wheeler, some large trash cans, old old medicine cabinet, his truck hoe is setting off to the side of the building for sale as well. He has more stuff, I can't remember what else he is bringing in. I on the other hand will have Jalapeno Cheese Bread, Chocolate and White Cake Pops, Cupcakes and more Cupcakes, Cinnamon Rolls, Sugar Cookies, Pies and Cheesecakes. Kursten Metzger has made pumpkin rolls (yum) and will be bringing in some clothes. Stop out by and see us and as always thank you for supporting small businesses and shopping locally!!!

Hey Everyone!!! I have a few extras up for grabs. I will be at The Pie Shop tomorrow from 9am until 1pm if anyone needs or wants some goodies!! Up for grabs I have 9dz Mixed boxes of Vanilla and Chocolate cupcakes $10.00, 3-6 pk cupcakes Vanilla & Chocolate $5.00. These cupcakes are unicorn iced--very cute BTW!! 1 dz Oreo, 1 dz Carrot and 1 dz mixed ( Confetti w/ Strawberry Icing, Vanilla, Carrot and Oreo). 4 dz sugar cookies $10/dz and CAKE POPS, that is right CAKE POPS!!! Hi all!!! Tomorrow I will be at the shop all day from 10am to 6ish, so this is your opportunity to pick up some of my #2 pies and regular pies. #2's include, German Chocolate with Meringue, Pecan, English Walnut, Pumpkin, Blueberry and Blackberry with more to add!! I will also have some cupcakes!! I believe cupcake flavors will be Almond, Lemon and Chocolate. This would also be a good time to get those Thanksgiving pie orders in. I have already started that list!!! I'm not going to be monitoring FB so just come on out and pick up some pie goodness!! And as always, that you for your continued support!!!

I want to take the time to thank everyone who came out Friday and Saturday for the city wide garage sales. It was a huge success and there are still people out that that don't know what we do!!! It was an opportunity to get the word out there. Thank you all again for coming out and supporting all of the community sales this past weekend!!!

Good morning all!!! This weekend is the city wide garage sales in Burlington and New Strawn. Chad and I have brought in some things from the house....mostly guy stuff look like some tools, can lights actually not really sure what most of the man stuff is. LOL!!! Got a 2014 Vermeer Baler and a small fishing boat on a trailer coming in. AND AND AND...I stayed up all night working on some baked goods. I have baked pies, Cinnamon Rolls and folks, I made Jalapeno Cheese Bread. There are a few that have been asking for this for a year so here it is...Jalapeno Cheese Bread. Cupcakes I have Boston Cream, Chocolate with Oreo icing, Strawberry, Red Velvet, Turtle and the Inside and Out German Chocolate!!! I have full dozens and mixed dozens of these cupcakes!! Hope to see everyone out and about today and tomorrow. Either myself for Chad will be here today from now until 7pm this evening and Saturday from 7 until 2sih by 3!!! Thank you and as always I appreciate everyone's continued support!!!
