Santa is planning on making special visits to The Thrifty Chicks this year! 🎅🏼

He will be coming to this boutique store in Kingfield during the Friday night artwalk on December 1st! He will then be visiting us in Strong at our sister store on Saturday December 16th (time to be determined stay tuned!)

It's with a heavy heart that I have decided to close the retail location of the bakery at 241 Main Street, Kingfield. Sweet Clover Bakery is still operational, just on a different level for the time being. There are lots of things going on within my family and work dynamics and I must focus on how that looks moving forward. Please know that any and all support that the bakery has received has been a blessing to me personally and I'm truly truly grateful. At this time while I regroup, I will only be taking orders. I will still have this page and my contact number is 207-491-8007 for anyone who still wishes to order goodies. Once I get more details figured out on how the future of my bakery business will be, you will find details right here on this page. Thank you again for all of your support, this is and will continue to be my passion.

UPDATE
After a long battle with myself and I, I'm going to close the bakery until September 7th. The end of summer is very very near and I'm going to spend these last few days of summer enjoying the sounds of the grandchildren laughing and playing(probably some screaming and tears will be involved too). I can't stop time and who knows what tomorrow brings. This is a very difficult decision for me as a business owner and giver. I apologize in advance to everyone. For those who I have already committed to for orders I will be honoring them. Other than those orders already placed I will have to decline. I am a one man show, well sometimes with my adult children on Saturdays, and it makes it hard to make time for family. Please understand, I love what I do, I love seeing the faces of my customers, but I also love my family and feel I just need to do this for us. So, just to recap, the bakery will be closed until Thursday, September 7th, AND I will be honoring the orders that I have already confirmed were placed.
