We had so much fun today!! Thank you to everyone who came out to our first Cupcake Pop-up shop! We definitely felt the love! Thanks also to Nicole and Julie at One EPIC Place! They were wonderful to work with and you should keep this incredible resource in mind for your next event or if you need work space. As you can see it was a great success. At closing time last Sunday, this is what I walked outside to see. It was an amazing feeling. It's taken me a couple days to really formulate my thoughts on the last week of Moxie Cup as a retail shop. It was so fun to see so many faces from throughout the years stop in. And although your favorite cupcakes won't be available everyday, I am planning on some fun CUPCAKE POP-UP SHOPS from time to time at some great locations throughout the Hudson Valley! Campfire Song! Our S'mores cupcake! This is actually the first recipe I played with when I started tweaking my cake recipes when starting Moxie 7 years ago!
