Chef Ziggy is a Master Pasty Chef and Master Baker from Poland. You are either one or the other but you are never both. There is a handful of these types of Chefs in America. Ziggy fled communist Poland and brought with him the recipes and talent to make traditional European pastries and breads.
We also have with us Chef Sullivan who is a Master Pastry Chef from France. His Macaroons are made everyday each one by hand as done in all of France. They are by far the best in the City.
Chef Patricia-Ann Donohue and Chef Ziggy started this business in 2010. They use only the finest ingredients, King Aurther flour, Belgium Chocolate, pure butter.
They opened their Wholesale company Maple Street Patisserie Wholesale in 2014. They now have over 100 accounts in the City. There accounts includes a list of renown Hotels such as The Westin, Hyatt, Hotel Montelone. Renown restaurants such as The House of Blues, Ruth Chris, District Donuts and Central Grocery.
