Cookies, bars, & other fun treats
New Orleans, LA Welcome to The Crumbly Casita! My name is Kelly, and I’m a baker based in New Orleans, LA.

I have always been a cookie lover and in 2020, I started experimenting with chocolate chip cookie recipes. As time went on, I was consuming more and more baking content, and trying out recipes for other cookies, cupcakes, bars, and brownies. Flash forward to 2023, and I went from following recipes to developing my own! This bakery grew from the love I felt creating desserts for my friends and family. My goal as a baker is to make people smile and give them that best-bite-ever feeling. I assure you, your sweet tooth is safe with me, as mine is quite big and gets attention daily! I’m so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to share my baked goods with you!

Hi friends. The Casita has been taking a much needed break from social media to try out some new bakes, like this Coconut Cheesecake I made for my book club. I’m still taking orders, and there is a menu, but what I really want to know is, what’s your dream bake?

Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake made for LSU Radiology Residents for their annual welcome party. The Casita’s take on this classic results in a thick and gooey slice of heaven.
