I’ve been missing in action because of family issues. Nothing bad! Just that life with 3 kids (one that never sleeps) got a tad overwhelming and I stopped making bread since a few weeks before Passover when we had to get rid of all chametz (barley, rye, oats, wheat and spelt). I’ve only been baking once a week, challah for Shabbat.
I’m not done baking sourdough at all. Kids grow, times change and I’ll be back to my hobby/business eventually. For now I’m fully dedicated to mastering challah 🥰
