Brown Butter Salted Chocolate Chunk HUGE cookies. These are very similar to a your local bakery, coffee shop type cookies. Semi-Sweet and unsweetened dark chocolate chopped pieces swarmed like puddles when you bite into it. Flakey on the outer and a little bit crispy with a chewy inside. Has a little more salt to have a different flavor with the sugar. With some different variations of chilling the brown butter in the fridge for some time, the FLAVOR is almost caramelized.

Accepting some delivery orders for this locally in the Plant City, Lakeland, and Tampa area.

Egg Yolk Chocolate Chip Cookie! This is to die for! The egg yolk, in this small batch, makes everything melt away in your hands, and a little bit crunchy on the outside. It is RICH! It help to stay the same shape, so it bakes perfect!

This soft and chewy cookie is one of my favorites. It is a small batch, perfect for two, made with just an egg yolk. Topped with a tiny bit of sea salt for the perfect sweet & salty combination.

The ULTIMATE chocolate chip cookie. Inspired by the famous Jacques Torres recipe with a little variation this time. It is THE recipe.

Big chunks of bittersweet Godiva chocolate, a kitchen scale for measure, a lot of butter and 6 minutes of creaming with my mixer went into this for the absolute best recipe to indulge in. Sprinkle some salt on top for that perfect sweet & salty. And a little underbaked for that nice gooey center.

Drop Cookie Biscuits!

Drop cookies that are baked on a whim, that are more biscuit and cake like. Crunchy exterior and fluffy and light on the inside. A touch of sweet with some dark chocolate chips.

Perfect for drinking with coffee or tea at night, or in the morning for a slightly sweet treat.
