💼📝 Entrepreneur Academy Class of 2026 is underway! With entrepreneurship continuing to grow across our region, we're excited to welcome 40 entrepreneurs selected from a record pool of 96 applicants. This year's cohort represents a diverse mix of industries, including health & wellness, professional services, technology, food and hospitality, arts, education, agriculture, manufacturing, retail, and more, with participants from communities across Eastern Connecticut and beyond. 💫

Thank you to Tom Gezo of TGezo Business Consulting and Kristy Tupper of Open Concept Strategy and Innovation for kicking off the program with Session 1 on market research and target markets. We also extend our gratitude to our sponsors, Waterford Hotel Group, The Simon Konover Company, Secter: Southeastern CT Enterprise Region, City of New London, Connecticut, and Charter Oak Federal Credit Union, for helping entrepreneurs turn ideas into businesses and strengthen our regional economy.

🤝Thank you to the Eversource CT team for their continued partnership and support of the Regional Innovation Center’s Energy Conservation Program. 🌱

Through a generous Neighborhood Assistance Act contribution, the IC is taking another step toward a greener future with new front doors that improve energy efficiency in the heart of downtown New London. 🏢⚡🚪

We’re grateful to Eversource - and to all of our founders and members, who support not only business growth, but sustainable spaces where innovation can thrive years to follow. 💡♻️
