Blackberry White Chocolate Cheesecake- graham crust, vanilla cheesecake with white chocolate and Blackberry filling swirled in, topped with more blackberry filling, white chocolate chips and vanilla buttercream.

Butter Pecan Cheesecake- a graham crust, buttery vanilla cheesecake with pecans mixed in, topped with chopped pecans, salty sweet caramel sauce and vanilla buttercream.

Espresso Martini Cheesecake- a chocolate crust, espresso and Kahlua cheesecake topped with coffee mousse, chocolate covered coffee beans and dusted with cocoa powder.

Yay! Today's the day that we begin our season at Jefferson St Farmers Market !
The King will be there with our baby cheesecakes and our new bigger and better Charfaits!

The Charfaits are a perfect dessert for two (or one if you've been really good...). This week, we are featuring Cherry and Heath Bar charfaits.

The Cherry contains layers of graham crumbs, our new smooth and delicious no-bake vanilla cheesecake, cherry filling and vanilla pudding.

The Heath contains layers of graham crumbs, no-bake vanilla cheesecake, Heath Bar bits and chocolate pudding.

We will be located next to our good friends at Perros Locos Salsa - so come get that Memorial Day stock up of cheesecake and salsa!

Oh, this creative team of ours....the Chookie Mania continues with two new ones in the case this week!

Introducing "The Monica" - two homemade butter cookies with a strawberry cheesecake center. The cheesecake is made with fresh strawberry puree and is SO good!

Not to be outdone, we also have "The Hillary" - two homemade oatmeal cookies with a cookie butter cheesecake center.

We are also restocked on Lemon Macademia and Chocolate Reese's Pieces chookies.
