I take orders here on Facebook & offer pick ups at my home Mon/Wed/Thurs 2-4:30 then 5-6:30 at the American Legion in Gray.

Glinda, my GF sourdough starter is coming out of retirement (yes, they have names lol)I am hoping to bake GF a few times a month as many have asked. HUGE NOTE… my kitchen is NOT gluten free !! I have separate tools, bowls & baking pans etc. GF flours are double the cost for 1/2 of the amount. Breads will not be cheap but ever so tasty !! Non GF people have loved these breads. Please drop a line of what you would like me to make.

🌷Monday’s extra’s 🌷I have raspberry rhubarb scones & a dozen extra large yeast hamburger buns for your dinner tonight ! I will be giving out samples of the honey wheat with oats. Gray American Legion 4:30-6:00 is where the goodies will be. Plus a few packs of fresh bagels.
Thursday’s baked goods will be posted later today.

I whipped up a few 8x8 pans focaccia breads today !! Sea salt, Jalapeno cheddar & a roasted garlic w/Italian seasoning 🤤 Light, airy center with a slight chew & tons of olive oil. They make delicious sandwiches or just to accompany a meal. They will be available at the Gray American Legion today 4:30-6:00.
