These cupcakes turned out surprisingly great! The top are pretzel & beer cupcakes-a new one for me. But the black cocoa and dark chocolate beer ganache paired excellently!

The bottom are red wine blackberry and are one of my favorites! They are not as heavy of a cake as the beer cake but they have excellent flavor paired with a blackberry filling that is not overly sweet. They are also topped with a Swiss meringue buttercream so the silky frosting is not super sweet either-which leaves the cake getting all the glory!
