Protein Crust Pizza 🤤

🥳Recipe 🥦🫑💚🥬🧄
Ingredients -
1-Lentil (Arhar or any as per your choice)- 1 cup soaked
2- Salt -1/2 tsp
3- Baking powder -1/2 tsp
4- oil- 3-4 tbsp
5- vegetables - broccoli, onion, Bell peppers, capsicum, mashroom ( half cooked with salt,oilor black pepper)
6- pizza sauce - 1-2 tbsp
7 - Amul Dice cheese
8- origano
Method
First grind daal, Baking soda,salt,and oil together with thick batter then transfer into greased round mould and bake 180° for 20-30 min. Then after baked rest for cool after that cut into medium thin layer and apply pizza sauce and vegetables and cheese and bake 200° for 10 min. And this healthy guilt free pizza is ready ☺️🤤.
