Yesterday was a very special day for the DALRT family. ❤️

We gathered to celebrate Samantha Grimm and the Neshannock Dunkin’ team as they earned the Restaurant of Excellence designation, making Sam the FIRST Restaurant of Excellence Manager in the DALRT network!

We couldn’t be more proud of Sam and the incredible journey that brought her here. From starting as a crew member more than a decade ago, to becoming the General Manager of one of our highest-volume restaurants, Sam’s story is one of growth, perseverance, leadership and believing in what’s possible.

Congratulations, Sam, and congratulations to the entire Neshannock team! This accomplishment represents the hard work of so many people, and we are incredibly proud of all of you.

Today, we share heartbreaking news with our DALRT family and the communities we are so honored to serve.
It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of our Operations Director and dear friend, Shelby.

For over a decade, what now feels like both a lifetime and not nearly enough time, Shelby has been an irreplaceable part of DALRT. She helped build this company into what it is today through her unwavering dedication, leadership, compassion, and love for our people. Her influence reached far beyond our restaurants. She mentored, encouraged, and cared for countless team members, and her impact will be felt for years to come.
To us, Shelby was so much more than a colleague. She was family. She celebrated our successes, carried us through our challenges, and poured her heart into every person she met. Her kindness, strength, and servant’s heart shaped the culture of our company in ways that words cannot fully express.

As we grieve this tremendous loss, we ask for your patience and grace with our team. Many of our employees worked alongside Shelby for years and are mourning the loss of someone they deeply loved and respected.

Please keep Shelby’s family, friends, and our entire DALRT family in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.

Shelby, thank you for all the incredible years of faithfulness, leadership, laughter, and love. Your legacy will live on in every life you touched and in every corner of this company you helped build.
