Bill was more than a baker — he was a special part of our community. Through his passion, hard work, and the sweet treats he made with care, he filled so many hearts over the years. Known by many as the best baker in town, and voted “Best of the Best” time and time again, his talent was only matched by the kindness he shared with everyone who walked through his doors. He will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the community he touched and the joy he brought to so many.

Bill's has been cleaned top to bottom. All violations, real or imagined, have been addressed thanks to a couple of people, who wish to remain nameless, Bill's has been cleaned, exterminated and are ready to serve it's valued customers. This is the last year to get the Best Easter Sweets and Breads from the only authentic Italian Bakery left in New Castle.
Everyone please let Bill know you are thinking about him, and wish him a speedy recovery.

Thank you to all our faithful customers. We appreciate your business and yes, we are selling the bakery, but we are open Wednesday through Sunday until it's sold. Call the bakery if you have any questions. Thank you everyone.

Bill will be opening this coming week, regular hours. He will be making his delicious EasterBread. Easter order sheets will be available one day this week so stop by and grab one. Order ahead of time to ensure you get some before it runs out.
