Hello! I figured it was time for a little “Meet the Baker” post behind Merle & Maple 🍁
My name is Jenna, and I’m the baker, recipe tester, dishwasher, and flour-covered face behind everything coming out of this little kitchen. I’m completely self-taught, which means a lot of late nights, messy counters, and a whole lot of taste testing along the way.
Baking started as something I loved doing for family and friends, and it slowly turned into something I wanted to share with my community. Now I spend my days baking up sweet breads, gooey cinnamon rolls, and seasonal sweets that are meant to feel cozy, homemade, and a little nostalgic.
Merle & Maple is all about small batches, homemade flavors, and simple ingredients — the kind of treats that make you slow down and enjoy something sweet.
