You haven’t seen the April menu yet because well…I’m in Texas! A very close friend of mine is graduating from the Airforce and I am here to support him until Friday evening.

*IF YOU HAVE AN EVENT OR ORDER FOR THIS WEEK YOUR ITEMS ARE TAKEN CARE OF - no need to worry!

That being said we will have a very limited selection of desserts this week (04/08-04/11). Next week though…we plan to hit the case hard with April cupcakes and plenty of other goodies.

This Valentine's day we are keeping it simple! Two options for someone sweet in your life. Every box also includes a special treat from Sprouting Positivity, Emma is an amazing business owner and we want to share her love with you all!

💝We will have limited options in the case. Message or call us to reserve a box for pickup at The Deli Barn FRIDAY the 13th or SATURDAY the 14th and deliver it yourself.
Or... for an additional $5, we will deliver for you! We will be out delivering from 11am-2pm on FRIDAY, the 13th.

What people tend to forget in February is anyone can be a Valentine! We’ve baked up a cupcake menu for each Valentine in your life.

Also throughout the month of February, our cookies in the case will be ♥️ shaped. Their shape makes for a perfect scoop of ice cream 😉 (if you’re thinking what I’m thinking)

✨I can’t forget to mention Mad Sweets has hit 1,000 followers on Facebook!! To celebrate this milestone we will be doing a giveaway, posts to follow with information on that. A quick thanks to everyone who has shared their love of our treats, we wouldn’t be here without all of you!✨

This week, 01/22-01/24, the case is full for any and all!

We took our run at some entirely Dairy Free cupcakes for the case:
✨Vanilla cake, maple icing, covered in bacon pieces & a drizzle of chocolate 🥓
✨Chocolate cake, raspberry filling, and a rich fudge icing 🍫

Our 6 January cupcake flavors are available along with the following items:

Our last item…as you can see from the photos was INTENDED to be our brownie roll. Although I made some detrimental mistakes during the process so our brownie did NOT roll😅. So we pivoted and did a deconstructed version for this week:

To start off 2026, we’re reminiscing on some of our sweetest moments—some of our favorites mixed with some of yours! ✨
We also have a new item in the case this week (01/07–01/10): a GLUTEN & DAIRY-FREE Black Forest Brownie 🍒.
We ran a trial for some gluten-free cinnamon rolls last week, and they’ll be hitting the case VERY soon!

Growing up, I was always putting myself out there—and quite honestly, after COVID, I fell into a bit of a shell that I haven’t fully broken out of yet. I tend to stay behind the scenes, but I want to be more personable and more present. No more hiding!😂

This holiday season took me by surprise in the best way possible. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to EVERYONE who thought of Mad Sweets and allowed us to be part of your celebrations. We were incredibly busy, and we are incredibly thankful for that. ❤️

Here’s to a new year, new challenges, and continuing to grow—together.
