JtGoodies is a Family owned, Woman owned, Veteran Owned bakery in New Braunfels Tx. I have been an in home baker for the past 12 years and have been able to put a smile on many faces with our delicious treats. JtGoodies started 12 years ago with just wanting to make some extra money for the family. In 2015 I graduated from Culinary Institute of Lenotre in Houston Tx. From there I went on to over s

eas where I made lots of military cakes and personal cakes as well. On May 4, 2021 My husband (The J in JtGoodies) passed away and left behind myself and our 2 kids. I knew right then I needed to do something. So here I am living out OUR FAMILY Dream! :)

A little about us

I Guana Treat is more than a home bakery. We are a family owned home kitchen with lots of treats. We consist of dad (he does the books) Mom (she’s the boss/decorator/baker/organizer) Mikala (10yr old dreams of being a baker) Zaine (9 yr old dreams of being a chef)

About Mom: My name is Tammi and I have been baking now for 11 years. I first started when I got pregnant with my daughter and knew that I wanted to make all her cakes for her Birthdays. I went and took some Wilton classes and from there knew I wanted to learn more. In 2015 I graduated from baking and pastry school. In 2015 my family and I moved overseas and that is where I started my in home bakery.

About Dad: He does all the books to make sure we have what we need. He is also the extra hand if needed. He is Mom’s assistant supervisor. He does like to make homemade bread.

About Mikala: She is 10 years old and has been baking by my side since she was 6months old. Yes I put a whisk in her hand to stir the batter at 6 months. Baking with me is all she’s ever wanted to do. While over seas she would take and complete orders all by herself. She also has her own Jam business called Mikala’s Magical Creations. She has competed in a couple of cake competitions and has placed 1st in one and 3rd place in the other.
