My name is Danielle and I am the Owner/Operator of Cakes By Danielle. I am a self taught specialty cake designer. I have been doing so since 2008. I specialize in fondant cakes for all occasions. What sets me apart from other bakeries, or home based bakeries, is that I use marshmallow fondant on all my cakes. My recipe is a simple recipe that consists of marshmallows and powdered sugar.
