New Dot Cakes will be at the stand tomorrow morning!!!!

I also added sourdough lemon loaf to copycat of Starbucks today. Along with a restock of mini coffee cakes. Tomorrow morning, I will be frosting whoopee pies and bringing them down as well.

The stand is very well stocked! I’m baking fresh sourdough in the morning too.

I’ll be heading down to open the stand soon and bringing with me fresh oatmeal cream pie, orange and cranberry scones, and jumbo rice crispy treat treats.

Today I will be baking a bunch of sourdough bread.

Today was a busy day. I started work at 4 AM at Whole Foods. I’d love going in when it’s dark and quiet out and the store is closed.

I came home and baked my heart out!

Lots of yummy stuff coming down to the bakery stand tomorrow morning.

First, I demoed my new sourdough pop tarts on my teammates at work and they got
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

So now they head to the stand!!!

I made a fresh batch of ….
chocolate chip sourdough scones
Blueberry and lemon sourdough scones
Whoopie pies
Bakery style chocolate chip muffins - these are my first big bakery size muffins and I’m so excited. I’ve wanted to do them like this for a long time.
My new mini coffee cakes
And then the sourdough pop tarts in raspberry to start.

There’s still a sourdough bread. Tomorrow I will be making sourdough bread with inclusions.

I’ll also be making more bagels tomorrow and oatmeal cream pies.

Let’s talk about the sourdough Belgian waffle.

These are so good they are quite a bit softer than if it wasn’t sourdough. You will toast it. I just cut them in half.

My son likes a traditional one better because these are a little softer. He’s just a little texture sensitive, and I gave him them right off the waffle iron not toasting them.

OMG, some butter and syrup and these are absolutely amazing!!!

I do two for $5 and you can do four for $9
But if you wanted to do a bunch for like a family weekend, I can give you a discounted price and just reach out directly to me!

You can also do them without the sourdough like I do for my son. ❤️

I absolutely love doing the sourdough bread in the loaf pan. It just makes it so much more convenient if you want to make a simple sandwich or even try some French toast with it.

I do have to admit I’m still making my grilled cheese with the other traditional sourdough loaf.

If you have not had grilled cheese yet on sourdough, you have to try it. Orange which is probably cheddar. I don’t know Cabot cheese by the slice is my favorite a little butter on the outside and put it on a baking sheet on parchment paper on 400 in the oven. I do around 8 to 10 minutes each side sprinkle of salt and oh my gosh!!!!!

Definitely do your research about shower though if you or somebody that’s trying to stay away from carbs and bread and all that do your research because it is so good for you and honestly a good cheese is protein for you as well.

The bakery stand is opening soon this morning.

There will be fresh sourdough waffles there. Sourdough waffles are a little softer, but you just throw them in the toaster. They are so good with syrup and butter.

There’s fresh loaves of sourdough bread going down there. There’s some sandwich style loaves so that you can make sandwiches easier and some traditional loaves.

And then all your normal sweets….

Everything & plain bagels

The Bakery stand is full this morning! I haven’t been good at posting on this page. I do a lot of posting and I’m gonna stop neglecting this page.

I’m working on getting an app for that running so it’s easier.

The stand has a cash box with a slot at the top that you could just throw the cash in or you can pay with Venmo. The QR code is right on the box.

The stand is open till dusk, and we usually open it as early as we can in the morning but it’s never locked. You’re welcome. I have people go in it at 1 AM on their way home from going out. I just asked that you close it up so no critters can get in.

Thanks so much for all your support and shopping local. I make everything from scratch. Even my brown sugar and buttermilk, etc., is from scratch.

If you lost your wallet today, somebody found it at my stand and tucked it back so nobody could take it.

I’m in Massachusetts now so I can’t look and see who’s it is to reach out directly but if you know you lost yours, that’s where it is .
