🥧 A LITTLE HEADS-UP FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS! 🥧

The next couple of weeks are going to be BUSY here at Brooks Creek Farm! Between the Farmers Market, special events and a catered wedding, our ovens are going to be working overtime. ❤️

We WILL be at the Farmers Market, but our quantities may be a little more limited than usual for the next two Saturdays.

👉 If there’s something you know you want, PLEASE PRE-ORDER!

Pies, cinnamon rolls, cookies, breads and all your Brooks Creek Farm favorites — ordering ahead is the best way to make sure yours is waiting for you when you get to the market.

A quick note about pre-orders: Because everything is made specifically for your order, pre-orders must be prepaid unless you are an established customer. Venmo is available to make prepayment quick and easy.

I’ll still bring as much as I can for walk-up customers, but with everything happening over the next two weeks, quantities will be limited — and once it’s gone, it’s gone!

After taking last Saturday off, Brooks Creek Farm is back at the New Bloomfield Farmers Market tomorrow morning!

We’ll be bringing the goodies you’ve been missing — fresh baked cookies, cinnamon rolls, pies, breads and plenty of Grandma’s-kitchen goodness. ❤️

And yes… Granny O’s, our Brown Butter Cinnamon Cream Sandwich Cookies, and Oatmeal Cream Pies are coming with us!

A New Chapter for Brooks Creek Farm

I’m excited to share another step forward for Brooks Creek Farm.

What started as a small idea has grown into something I never could have imagined — farmers markets, thousands of cookies, pies and cinnamon rolls, weddings, special orders, and opportunities I certainly didn’t see coming when this all began.

And today, I’m excited to share the next step in that journey.

Brooks Creek Farm is now part of 2215 Holdings LLC, our newly established parent company.

For our customers, nothing changes.

Brooks Creek Farm isn’t going anywhere. The name, the recipes, the quality, and the traditions behind what we make will remain the same.

2215 Holdings was created to give Brooks Creek Farm a stronger foundation for the future and room to grow — whether that means expanding Brooks Creek Farm, developing new products, working with retail and commercial partners, creating new brands, or pursuing opportunities we haven’t even imagined yet.

The name 2215 also has a very personal meaning to me. It comes from the birthdays of my children. When I thought about what I wanted at the foundation of this company, I couldn’t think of anything more fitting than family.

That’s really what this journey has always been about — family, food, tradition, and creating something that can carry those things forward.

I’m incredibly proud of how far Brooks Creek Farm has come. I don’t know exactly where this road will lead, but I’m more excited than ever to find out.

And to everyone who has bought a cookie, ordered a pie, stopped by the farmers market, trusted me with something for your wedding or special event, recommended Brooks Creek Farm to someone, or simply encouraged me along the way — thank you.

You helped make this next chapter possible.

Tomorrow morning is Farmers Market day in New Bloomfield!

We’ve been busy in the kitchen, and we’re bringing some of your favorites back tomorrow!

🍪 Grandma O’s Brown Butter Cinnamon Cream Cookies — the cookie that started everything, filled with that brown butter cinnamon filling that sold out so quickly last week.

🍪 Oatmeal Cream Pies — soft oatmeal cookies with that amazing cream filling. These were a huge hit last week too!

🍫 Salted Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

🫐 Blueberry Rolls

🍯 Pecan Sticky Buns

🥧 And plenty of homemade pies, including pecan, cherry, blackberry, peach, gooseberry and apple.

And of course, we’ll have our Wecka Bread!

Well…you asked, so we baked them!

Back by very popular demand this Saturday at the New Bloomfield Farmers Market is the:
Grandma O’s Brown Butter & Cinnamon Sandwich Cookie. We introduced these last weekend, and they absolutely flew off the table. If you missed them, this is your chance.

Also making a return is our Oatmeal Cream Pie. I’m telling you, the buttercream filling on these is something special. Once you try one, you’ll understand why people keep coming back for more.

We’ll also have the cookie that started it all…

Grandma O’s Signature Cookie. It’s the recipe that has been in our family for generations, and it still melts in your mouth just like it always has. If you’ve never tried one, stop by and let me give you a sample.

And yes…the Salted Double Chocolate Chip Cookies will be there too. They’ve become a customer favorite for a reason.

WOW… THANK YOU! ❤️

We can’t say thank you enough to everyone who stopped by Brooks Creek Farm this weekend. Our two newest creations absolutely flew off the shelves!

We knew you loved the Grandma O Signature Cookie—the cookie that started it all. But when we paired that generational family recipe with our rich brown butter cinnamon filling, it became something truly special. Judging by how fast they disappeared, we’d say you agree!

And then there was the Oatmeal Cream Pie…

Everyone loves a good oatmeal cream pie, but this one is in a league of its own. The soft, creamy filling has people coming back for another bite… and then another. Once you try it, you’ll understand why so many people came back asking for more!

To everyone who came out, supported our small family bakery, shared kind words, and helped make another incredible Saturday possible—thank you. Your support allows us to keep creating new recipes while honoring the traditions that started around Grandma’s table.

Both of these customer favorites will be back at the farmers market this Saturday. If you’d like to make sure you don’t miss out, we strongly encourage you to reserve yours by pre-ordering no later than Friday at noon. Once they’re gone, they’re gone!
