Nonna's Bake Shoppe Seeing the smile on a clients face...that's what it's all about. We have a passion for baking and decorating cakes, cupcakes, pies, cheesecakes and more.

We make Buttercream, Modeling Chocolate and Fondant covered Cakes...from sheet cakes to tiered cakes...the only limit is the imagination! I also make individual flowers, toppers and decorations that I sell individually without cakes if anyone needs anything. The toppers can also be made out of sculpty clay to use for keepsakes. All made from scratch cakes, icings, fondant, modeling chocolate and g

um paste. Cake flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Marble, Spice, Lemon, Pumpkin, Red Velvet, Almond, Carrot and Butter Pecan are a few. Fillings: Caramel, Apple, Strawberry, Blueberry, Pineapple, Peach, Lemon, Oreo, Peanut Butter and Chocolate Mousse. Icings: Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Cream Cheese, Lemon and Chocolate Mocha. If you have a favorite flavor that is not listed, please ask. I'm sure we can make it! Some are not recommended for carved and sculpted cakes. Our cupcakes start at $12.00 a dozen. Our 6" cakes start at $20.00 and our 8" cakes start at $30.00 for iced with fondant and gumpaste decorations being extra. Our fondant and sculpted cakes are based upon size and decorations added. We also offer cake pops priced according to design. All of our toppings are also made from scratch. We will be adding to our flavors as time and testing allows.

I was honored to be asked to be a Sugar Angel again for Icing Smiles, Inc. Matt is celebrating his 3rd birthday today and asked for a dinosaur cake. I am so blessed to have met Matt and his incredible parents. Happy Birthday Matt!!

How much cake do I need!? I hear this question daily in groups! A GREAT and valuable app to get if you have an iphone is tiered caker. The best damn $20 you'll ever spend! I used that app every single time I had to get a quote to someone. Easy peazy. In the mean time, you might print out this handy dandy chart for easy reference smile emoticon Happy caking!
