My Story

Hi, I'm Michele! Growing up I always found enjoyment in baking, but my passion for cake decorating began in 2010 when I made my first two-tiered cake. From then on, I was creating custom cakes for family, friends, and co-workers and my passion has only grown since then. I am completely self taught in the area of cake design and I strive to learn something new each day. I've read books, watched numerous videos and tutorials, and have spent countless hours practicing new recipes and techniques over the past 7 years, determined to perfect my skills and learn as much as I can.

My love for cake decorating, along with lots of encouragement from family and friends, led me to establish Michele's Cakery. I am dedicated to making a cake for your special occasion that not only LOOKS amazing, but TASTES amazing also!
