The Char Le Bakery What started out as a simple request to make cake pops has turned into a little cake making business!

My son requested a chocolate Dubai cake for his bday. So I created one! Dark chocolate cake layered with pistachio buttercream mixed in toasted kataifi and chopped pistachios). Topped with chocolate ganache, more chopped pistachios and the colors of the bar. It was so good!!! It even had the signature “crunch” like the bars!

Anyone interested in cake pops? Taking a quick survey to see first if I’d have interested parties! $2 each or $25 for 15. Pick the cake, then the coating (either white chocolate or milk chocolate). I can also do colors and toppings if requested! Here’s some samples of what I’ve made.
