We’re beyond excited to announce that Nevada City Sourdough is now introducing sourdough loaves made exclusively with organic GLUTEN-FREE flours!

Creating a gluten-free option has been one of our most requested additions, and we’re so excited to finally bring it to our community. These loaves will now become a weekly staple delivered right alongside our other fresh, delicious sourdough offerings.

We truly love creating food that brings people together, and we can’t wait for more of you to enjoy a seat at the table. ✨

*A quick note for our gluten-sensitive friends: While these loaves are made with organic gluten-free flours, they’re crafted in a shared kitchen where wheat-based products are also made. We believe in being transparent so you can make the choice that feels best for you 💛
