I am Sorry to say that a change of plans has happened, and we will no longer be attending the Utica May Day event this year. I hope you enjoy the event and check out all the other great vendors that will be there!

Santa came a little early this year!! 🎅

Fun fact: Before today, I was mixing all of the baked goods by hand—not by choice—but I was on the hunt for a mixer that could fit under my counters. Luckily, this bad boy does, and it's widely used by many sourdough bakers!

Another fun fact: My recipes use freshly milled flour, raw organic coconot oil and honey in place of sugar; for the goods that have sugar, I use cane sugar as a healthier alternative to granulated sugar. 😊
